Name Memory Game

A face is the cue; a name is the answer. Choose a collection you care about and practice linking the two in the existing NameFace game, starting with a free round.

No payment or account required for the free sample.

Start with a small free sample

Pick Hollywood for actors, AI for researchers and founders, or another available collection. Play 10 Free needs no account or payment. Replays use the same starter faces in shuffled order; they do not rotate through the full paid collection.

Recognize: choose a name

Learn gives clearer name choices. Recognize uses more similar alternatives, so you need to distinguish the names more carefully. Both are multiple-choice practice: seeing the correct name helps, and checking the answer lets you correct a mistaken association.

Recall: produce the name

Recall asks you to type the name from the portrait without answer choices. Eligible free collection samples support this without signing in. Try your answer before revealing it. Sign in if you want account-synced scheduled reviews; an immediate repeated answer is not the same as delayed independent recall.

Repeat: revisit the difficult associations

Repeat is a practice routine, not a separate game mode. Replay the free sample, revisit missed faces after a round, or return for scheduled reviews. Checking an answer and trying again later gives you another opportunity to retrieve the name. No round score guarantees that names will come easily in a real conversation.

Choose the practice that matches your goal

Famous-face collections are a way to practice known public names. Remembering new teammates or neighbors is a different task: listen carefully at the introduction and practice the actual names you need. The learning guides explain a realistic routine; My People offers private practice with photos you have permission to use.
